Sphere Fitness is a private and semi-private personal training studio with the mission to build lasting client relationships that will allow them to obtain their wellness goals and improve their lives through movement.

We are seeking incentive-based employees – qualified Personal Trainers – to join our established brand and be a valued member of our highly-motivated team.

Core responsibilities include:

• Conduct private and semi-private training sessions
• Retain clientele
• Manage own schedule
• Help maintain cleanliness of equipment and studio
• Fulfill continuing education requirements
• Maintain current professional certifications including CPR certification
• Attend meetings
• Participate in extracurricular activities that studio sponsors/supports
• Evaluate client’s fitness levels and health conditions
• Build individualized exercise programs
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with clientele
• Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate must have college degree
• Candidate must have nationally accredited certification
• Candidate should have 2 years training experience
• Social media content production (preferred, not required)
• Massage Therapist (preferred, not required)

The ideal candidate for Sphere Fitness is a self-motivated person who is interested in making a career out of personal training. This candidate should be willing to learn and to think outside the box. They should have a positive and encouraging attitude to build lasting client relationships. They should be able to assess their clients and provide safe physical and mental guidance to reach the clients whole health wellness goals.
